Q2: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. Simply inform our customer service officer at least 6 hours in advance.
Q3: How can I order and make payment?
A: You can either shop and make payment at our physical store at HOTDOG@ River Valley;
or order through our toll-free line or submit your order via our online store and make payment upon delivery.
Q4: Is there any difference in pricing between shopping at HOTDOG@River Valley or online?
A: At HOTDOG@River Valley, you will enjoy 5% discount on selected items and 10%
discount when the total hits $145. When you spend $27.50 at HOTDOG@River Valley, you will
get 1 stamp on the HOTDOG Reward Program. However, when you shop online and request
home delivery, you will only enjoy 5% discount on selective items for purchase below $110 and 10% discount
for purchase above $150. And you will get 2 stamps on the HOTDOG Reward Program with every $55 spent.

Home Delivery
Q5: What is your time-slot for home delivery?
A: Our time-slot is 10am to 12pm or 7.30pm - 11.30pm every day.
Q6: Do you provide islandwide delivery ?
A:Yes!
Q7: Can I request an urgent delivery?
A: Yes. But this will depend on stocks availability and our time-slots..
Q8: Can I request an early morning or afternoon delivery?
A: We do not deliver between 12.30am to 9.30am and 12.30pm to 7pm. For slots not within our time range
for delivery, there is an urgent fee of $45. Please refer to Q 5 for time-slots for free home delivery or check
with our customer service officer for details.
Q9: How soon can you deliver the products ordered?
A: We will usually schedule the delivery on the same day you ordered your products. If our time-slots for delivery are packed,
we will schedule another working day.
Q10: Can I change the date and time for delivery after my order is confirmed?
A: If you need to postpone the date and time after confirmation, please inform our customer service officer at least 4 hours
in advance.
Q11: Is there any charges for delivery?
A: Charges for home delivery is waived with a minimum order of $60. For orders below $60, there is a delivery charge of $10.

Payment Q: How to make payment?
A: Payment can be made via nets or cash at HOTDOG@ River Valley. For home delivery, you can pay via cash or funds transfer.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: No.
Q: Do you accept cheque?
A: Yes. Cheque is only accepted from regulars.
Q: What is your bank account details?

Q: How soon must I make payment if I would like a fund transfer?
A:You can make payment on the day before we deliver to you.

Spoilt Products
Q: Can I exchange the products I have ordered?
A: You can only exchange the products within 3 days if the products you ordered are
damaged, mouldy or infested with bugs. However, you can rest assured our products are inspected and conditon is
good.
Q: Can I get a refund instead of exchanging the products I ordered.?
A: No.
Grooming
Q: Can I use request for a specific style?
A: Yes. You can indicate to our customer service officer clearly the specific length and style preferred.
Q: Can I bring some pictures from a magazine and inform the groomer the style I like?
A: Yes. But you must be specific and decisive in the cut you prefer.
Q: Can you use my shampoo and conditoner during grooming?
A: Yes.
Q:Can i stay beside the groomer and hold my dog throughout the grooming session?
A: Intervention from the owner is not recommended for safety reason. Owner's presence in the grooming room
will only distract and stress the dog. Hence, making the session difficult.
Q: Can I watch the grooming session inside the grooming room?
A: As from above, owner's presence is not recommended due to dog's distraction.
Q:Can I watch the grooming session outside the grooming room instead?
A: We will recommend you to stay for 5 to 10 mins and return 3 hours later to pick up your dog.
Again, owner's presence is not recommended due to safety reason.

HOTDOG Reward Program

Q: How can I enjoy the HOTDOG Reward Program?
A: Every $27.50 you spend at HOTDOG@ River Valley will entitle you to 1 stamp on the HOTDOG Reward Program.
For home delivery, you will get 2 stamps on HOTDOG Reward Program with very $55 spent.
Q: Why HOTDOG Reward Program?
A: HOTDOG Reward Program is our way of rewarding regulars in addition to the benefits of shopping at HOTDOG.
Q: Can I get a redemption before I have accumulated 20 stamps on my HOTDOG Reward Card?
A: No. Redemption can only be made once you have accumulated 20 stamps on your HOTDOG Reward Card.
Q: Can i get the replacement for my HOTDOG Reward Card if i lost my card?
A: No. Replacement will not be given for lost of HOTDOG Reward Card.
Q: What's the terms and Conditions of HOTDOG Reward Program?
A: Terms and condition:
1) Walk-in customers are entitled to a stamp with every $27.50 spent;
2) For home delivery, two stamps will only be given with every $55 spent;
3) Promotional items and selective products are excluded in this program;
4) Reward Card must be stamped at time of purchase;
5) Upon accumulation of 20 stamps, customers are entitled to $30 products redemption;
6) The value of this Reward Card is non-exchangeable for cash;
7) HOTDOG
reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Reward Card without notice to its customers.
